Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, so you manage them there:

• iPhone:App Store subscriptions, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android:Google Play subscriptions, or Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and they handle refunds. On iPhone, usereportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, seeGoogle Play's refund help.

Restore a purchase

Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
